    Kari Aina Eik bridges global markets, cities, and investments. She has led United Nations programs for over two decades, developing multi-stakeholder programs for Smart Cities. As Secretary-General of OIER, she promoted global business partnerships. Kari founded the United Cities Funds and has been instrumental in developing Augment City in Norway.

    Robert Kirkpatrick is a social innovator leveraging data and AI for global impact. As founding Executive Director of UN Global Pulse, he built a global network of AI innovation labs. He previously served as CTO of Google's InSTEDD and led technology for Microsoft Humanitarian Systems.

  • HEIKE WARMUTH

    An accomplished spokesperson and communications expert, Heike Warmuth brings a proven track record across political communications, public relations, journalism, and brand strategy. Her work spans government and public institutions, driven by a passion for sustainability, culture, and social impact—recently expanding into real estate, combining professional acumen with long-standing personal interest.

    Bente Malmo is a knowledge management expert with decades of global experience in HR, leadership, and organisational development. She designs leadership simulation training and sustainability strategies aligned with UN SDGs, working with clients such as FIFA, IOC, hospitals, and offshore industries—using sport and culture to drive transformative change.

    Erica Mackey is a serial entrepreneur focused on smart and sustainable cities. As co-founder and COO of Zola Electric, she connected over 1 million African households to affordable solar energy. She has raised over $200M in funding from world-class investors and served on the Boards of Directors for Kidogo, The Boardroom Africa, and HATCH Global.
